Just a five-minute walk from Nanaimo’s Harbourfront Walkway and less than 10 minutes to the heart of Downtown Nanaimo, The Station’s ideal location makes it easy to enjoy leisure time in nature without compromising urban accessibility. The six-story, 69-unit building houses a mix of micro studios, studios, and one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes. It also offers residents a broad range of amenities, from EV charging stations and an outdoor green space to a fitness facility and secure bike storage.

The combination of thin and bold typeface captures the building’s modern interior finishes and historic train station architecture, reflected in the curved window arches and clock detail above the front entrance.
Thoughtfully designed to combine functionality and style, we wanted to ensure the finishing pallets were west coast-inspired, embodying warm wood elements with airy neutral tones.
