Fusing affordability with style in a scenic, urban setting, Prospect is the second building to shape the Harbourview District. This location features ocean, mountain or park views from a variety of studios as well as spacious one and two-bedroom homes.
Developed by Principle Property Group with Parkshore Projects, Prospect’s logo, basic brand elements, interior furnishings, and floor plans were already designed prior to our engagement. We oversaw the sales launch in 2020 and continue to manage the client care processes, ensuring all purchasers are well informed during the construction process with monthly updates and provide necessary amendments and upgrade opportunities.

Developing a Pandemic-Friendly Sales Strategy
Prospect was launched at the start of Covid-19, requiring us to pivot our initial sales strategy. Our team of specialists were able to make changes to accommodate for the global pandemic, all while still maintaining sales targets and a positive buyer experience.
